What personal data we collect

Depending on your interaction with the Service, we may collect:

  • Booking details (Acuity): appointment type, date/time, attendance details, notes you submit, cancellation/reschedule history

  • Purchase details: packages/memberships purchased, payment status, receipts/invoice information

  • Communications: messages you send us via forms or email

  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and website usage data (via cookies and similar technologies, depending on your choices)

No user accounts: We do not require you to create an account to book or purchase.

Health information: Please do not include medical details in free-text notes unless necessary. If you voluntarily provide health-related information, we will use it only to manage your request and keep it limited.

Why we use your data (purposes) and legal basis

We use your data for:

  1. To manage bookings and deliver sessions (confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, attendance management)

  • Square (payment processing)

Payment information

Payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card details; payment card handling is performed by Square according to their security and compliance standards.
