Our Manifesto

  • ROKKA STUDIO was created as a space to reset.

Inspired by Rokkaku (六角) the Japanese word for hexagon.

We believe in balance, resilience, and harmony. Like the hexagon found in nature, ROKKA is built around strength, connection, and flow.

We believe cold has the power to wake the body, sharpen the mind, and bring people back to themselves. We believe heat creates release, recovery, and stillness.

Together, contrast therapy becomes more than a practice, it becomes a ritual.

Our studio makes cold water immersion and sauna accessible, welcoming, and modern. A place to breathe deeper, build resilience, move through discomfort, and leave feeling clearer than when you arrived.

We are here to guide, support, and create space for every reset, physical, mental, and emotional.

    This is not just recovery.

    This is ROKKA STUDIO.

FAQ

We Answer Your Questions

  • For a powerful reset, go sauna first, cold plunge last.

Heat opens the body up; cold sharpens the mind and locks in that energized finish.

For relaxation, recovery, or sleep, reverse the finish: end with heat to leave the body calmer, looser, and ready to wind down.

  • Aim for 10–20 minutes.

Stay long enough to build deep heat, sweat, and release tension, but always listen to your body.

  • Start with 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

As your tolerance builds, work toward 2–5 minutes for a stronger mental and physical reset.

  • Most people feel best with 1–3 rounds.

    Think: heat, cold, reset.

Repeat only if you feel steady, clear, and in control.

  • For the full energy effect, finish cold and let your body warm itself naturally.

That’s where the real reset happens.

  • Not always.

If you’re pregnant or have heart, blood pressure, circulation, or medical concerns, check with a healthcare professional before starting.
